Try our newest additions to the noj roster, something for everyone. The Banana Boat, The Big Bodega, & Yuki.
Inspired by the traditional Vietnamese dessert Chè Chuối. Bananas carefully monitored and taken care of until peak ripeness to extract perfect sweetness to create our brown sugar banana puree. Paired with our Okumidori ceremonial matcha that adds the perfect level of nuttiness and umami. Topped with a coconut pandan creamtop tying it all together for a unique fresh taste.
The first refresher in our series we wanted to go big. Freshly brewed oolong tea as the and layered with fresh apple juice and topped with an apple creamtop and fresh apple slices. Get a taste of the Big Apple on the west coast.
Yuki is our first cold brew and step into the coffee scene. Freshly brewed Colombian roasted beans with a hint of cherry paired with a yuzu vanilla cold foam. Get a taste of a lemon bar alongside your morning coffee.
